Mena Alexandra Suvari (born on 13 February 1979) is an American actress, fashion designer and model. Soon after her first job as a model she soon began acting as a guest on 90's television shows such as Boy Meets World and High Incident. In 1997 she debuted as a film actress in Nowhere. Her roles were in American Beauty, for which she earned the BAFTA Award nomination and American Pie brought her to broader public attention. Since then she appeared as a co-star in Loser (2000) alongside her American Pie co-star Jason Biggs and then played the principal character in the comedy film Sugar & Spice (2001). In 2002, she starred in Spun the drama by an independent company and in 2004's thriller, Trauma. In addition, she was a part of the HBO drama Six Feet Under. The drama aired on the air in 2004. Suvari was also featured in Day of The Dead, The Mysteries of Pittsburgh, as well as the film version of The Garden of Eden.
