Lisa Edelstein was an American actress, best known as the actress who starred in Fox's House medical show. She grew up in Wayne, in a conservative Jewish tradition. At the age of 18, she moved into New York City to study at Tisch School of the Arts. Her performance quickly made her a part of the scene of clubs in New York. The performances she gave were so captivating that local media took notice. She used both her experience in the music industry and public recognition to write and perform in a brand new musical called Positive Me. The first time she was hired, she got her first position with MTV as the anchor of Awake on the Wild Side shortly after. After the show was finished the actress went on to do film as well as TV productions. She started with tiny roles and then established herself in the process of becoming an actor.
